Tim Slay

Director of Therapy Services, Physical Therapist Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy

Tim joined the team at KDMC Therapy Center in August 2001 as a licensed Physical Therapist. He received a bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Southern Mississippi and a bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Tim is a licensed Physical Therapist and serves as the Director of Therapy Services for KDMC. He also holds a certification in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), a reliable assessment used to evaluate not only low back and neck pain but also pain in the extremities. It uses that information in diagnosing and treating your symptoms. Additionally, Tim has received training in manual therapy techniques from Upstream Rehab Institute.

He is a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association and its Orthopedic Section.

When not overseeing patients, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, running, and spending time outdoors.
