We offer wellness and fitness options for all of our neighbors in Brookhaven and surrounding communities. Our Performance Center gives athletes a premier place for peak training and conditioning. Our beautiful Fitness Center makes it easy and fun for anyone to get healthier. Community education classes teach lifestyle improvement tips. Employers can learn how to promote their employees’ health and well-being.

Types of Membership and Monthly Rates
- Individual: $48 per month
- Couple: $60 per month
- Family: $70 per month

Remember, we all have a role to play in keeping us all safe. Do your part and wipe down equipment after use. Hand sanitizer and cleaning products are available.
KDMC Fitness Center is open. The gym has been cleaned from top to bottom for you, our members, and for the community. We will supply sanitizer stations for your use during your gym time. We will have a designated person cleaning equipment throughout each day. We ask you to help us by wiping down the equipment after you are done. We will supply cleaning solutions and paper towels.

Daily adult classes scheduled for:
Monday – Thursday, 5:15 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.
- Use hand sanitizer that is provided throughout the gym.
